Ok, I see some say the Xyron X150 or 250 are good for adhesing ribbons-- I have the Xyron 900 but I think it is just too big for this small a job and I don't want to waste the adhesive. So, which do you recommend- the small "X"150 or the 250? And where have you found them for a good price- ACOT and Addicted to Scrapbooking do not carry them. Thanks for any & all help.

I love my little X150! It is great for ribbons and anything not more than about 1 inch wide. Plus, it is easy to use & very portable!

I have those plus the 510 and love them all. I would use the 150 for ribbons.
You can get them on sale (or with a coupon) at Joanns, Michaels, ACMoore or even QVC or HSN. I think I mine as a bundle pack with cartridges from Joanns.

I love the 150 - can't beat the price and it's nice to bring along to crops with you since it's so small! For ribbon you'll end up wasting less adhesive, so I would definitely recommend it!

Definitely the 150 for ribbon. I've also used double-sided tape as well as the double-sided really sticky tape (wacky tack? - the plastic covering the tape is red) and Making Memories Ribbon Glue.

Another shameless promotion for Beacons 3 in 1 glue. Super Cheap and the best thing I have found for ribbon. Unfortunately, when I would put some ribbons through my Zyron X, it wouldn't pickup enough adhesive. Beacons works every time!

I bought my 150 on Ebay- they had a "buy it now" price of 5.00 plus 5.00 shipping, for a grand total of 10.00. I don't live close to any cities so on-line shopping is my preferred way of getting stuff like this. I couldn't drive the 50 miles I would have to drive to purchase one and I didn't see a better price on-line anywhere. Can't wait to get it and try it on ribbons.
