ACOT Message Board

 Hey everyone--hope you had a scrap happy day yesterday! I got a new kit and put it to good use to make a quick mini album for my mom for Mother's Day. I didn't get to see her on Sunday, but she and I are driving to Chico to see my brother tomorrow, so I wanted to have it ready to give her. Nothing like waiting till the last minute, huh? If I get a chance, I'll take photos of it and post it before I give it to her later.

I won't be around much today...if I get home early enough, I'll be back to praise y'all!

 I finished this last night...and I knew something was missing but couldn't figure out what else to add to it.  When I showed it to ds Jake this morning he said to me, "Know why I twist my hair? 
No I said.
"It makes my brain move!!" 

So I added the journal box and wrote that down!!  Now I think it's perfect!...Well now I'm thinking I should change the title!!

 I *thought* I had one more day to finish the scraplift Ronny challenge, but alas I was wrong about the date
 Soooo... I'm going to work on the recipe challenge instead  OH and fixing my craptastic photos in the gallery!

 Great job everyone!  I had a VBS worknight last night, but when I got home I played around for a few min with the title for my page... I hope to get it done tonight!

I got 2 LOs done today. Here's one of them

Ugh.. I have just felt like the walking dead today.  DH brought something nasty home from the office yesterday and I spent the whole day in bed or zonked out on the couch.  I managed to throw this together but I really don't do well with two page LOs.  I at least TRIED for the Make Mine a Double challenge but I *don't* like it!

I didn't get any LOs done today but did a couple of cards.  I will scan them in the morning.
