You are exceptionally organized!  I used to go to multiple-day crops but that was when DH was in better health and I wasn't nervous about leaving him home alone. The last weekend crop I went to was a few days in Philly at a hotel and I reserved a hotel room so we could stay there together

I also had a wagon similar to yours but it got too heavy for me to manipulate so I gave it to my DIL to transport her puppies.

I plan all of my pages in advance, choose photos, choose a sketch, select my challenges, pick out my collections. I make a page kit for each layout, and then I take a tote with my most-used tools. I typically bring 1/4 as much crap as everyone else but get 4 times as much done!
