 Grace...you are amazing :)

After a health scare this fall, I am thankful for every day things.  Just hearing my kids laugh, watching them play basketball...hanging out with my real friends, both online and IRL.  It has been an huge reality check.

After the news about my BIL this week, I can only be thankful for my family and our health.  Our family is what is going to get us through his battle against cancer, so that is what I am thankful for.

What an awesome thing for you to do.  Thank you.

I am most thankful for my family.  They are the most supportive, encouraging and just plain fun family I know.  We are all so tight and I love that.  And of course my niece and my nephews are the center of my world.  Their unconditional love could keep a person running for years.

 What a sweet thought.

I am most thankful this year for the health of all my family members (It's been a tough year for my dad) and friends. Thankful that my kids are always near, thankful to all my nieces & nephews for keeping me feeling younger each day.  Also, thankful for the service that all our military members have provided. I pray they all make it home  to thier families.

What an awesome RAK!!!    I am drooling.....

I am thankful for God's provision this past two years. The fact that we still have our home is a miracle. I am recovering from surgery right now, and am thankful that it is going well. My husband starts a new job next week that should get us back on track, and I should be able to get back to work in a few weeks.  I am also thankful for the health of my parents, and children. We are blessed!

I'm thankful for my three beautiful kids each with their own wonderful personality, for my husband who does so much for me, for our extended family that is strewn across the country, for our jobs that allow us to enjoy our lives without being in debt, and for all the freedoms we enjoy.  I'm also thankful to have a fun hobby that brings me so much enjoyment and lots of internet friends!  :-D :-D

wow I would be thankful to win this RAK

Seriously, I am thankful for the family I have left and the precious time I get to spend with them. I am thankful that I can get out of bed everyday and tell them I love them and know they love me too. The fact that I am able to do that is reason enough to be thankful...

This year I am most thankful that my grandma is still with us.  She has had a very tough year and we wasn't sure how much longer she would be with us.  This year her birthday is on Thanksgiving, she's going to be 101.  And if everything goes right then we might get to go see her!!  I really miss her and I haven't seen her since June.

I am most thankful for...my dear husband, who is suffering from congestive heart failure (at 52 years old) is doing better than expected; that my mother has recovered from cancer (for the 2nd time) and has a great prognosis; that my father at 80 is more fit than most at 50; that my daughter is happily married to a wonderful man AND is still employed after others around her have been laid off; that my son-in-law has worked hard to complete his masters degree;that my sister Kathleen, who suffers from MS, has peace of mind for the future; and that my brother Kevin is going to be a grandfather for the first time---and my mother will be a great-grandmother (and lived to see it!).  I feel very fortunate to have a wonderful family.

Wow! You are so generous! :winkb:

I am thankful for my husband, who was diagnosed with Hep C many years ago. He has liver damage now and is on a pretty heavy treatment and we got the results that its working!!! 6 more months of treatmeant to go. I am thankful for my kids. My youngest (15) seems to have turned the corner and is now making better choices. I am thankful that my family is healthy. In this terrible economy we are doing ok, we both have jobs, we are able to buy groceries and make our bills. For that I am very thankful!

 Wow.....amazing --- giving freely.....thanks so much!

I'm thankful that my husband is better than ever after his open heart surgery, thankful that most of the doc bills are taken care, thankful that the ones who are not are being understanding, for a GREAT boss, wonderful family, good friends & a neat church family.  I just want to thank God for all he has done this year.  He has meet every need & even exceeded it.  Even before we could ask for something else to be taken care of, He did it for us.  I just want to thank, honor & praise Him for taking care of us through some scary times (and continuing to take care of us now).
