Hi Barb. Sorry about all the adulting you had to do yesterday. Hopefully today you'll get to do some scrapping.

We've had about a quarter of inch of rain so far and it's been light, thank goodness. It's quiet now and was quiet earlier, so I went on my walk so if it picks back up, I'm good. I do have a luncheon with the DAR ladies at noon today so I'm hoping the storms hold off. We were expected to have hail/thunder/lighting, but so far, nothing. Ssssshhh....let's keep it that way.

I've got the dishwasher running, towels in the dryer. Been working. Hoping for a quiet day work-wise.

Nothing else going on here. Things are pretty boring.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Boring would be so nice for us! Lolol! Have fun at your DAR luncheon. I have another friend who just got accepted in a Florida chapter! So fascinating! Hope your work day stays quiet!

We’re expecting one more nice warm spring day. Then back to cold and rainy or even maybe snowy. I have to remember it is still only March. Although, I would have loved the warmer weather to stay a few more days since I have the minion for a couple of days next week.

No big plans today. Glad I have scrapping or quilting to fill my days. I just can’t sit forever in front of the tv. Have yard work to tackle , but it can wait a couple more weeks.

Enjoy your Thursday!
Leslee, it’s hard to remember it’s still not quite full on spring weather time yet. We really aren’t out of it until May… Hopefully your weather holds while you have the minion!

Today brings sunshine, even if it is chilly.  I have more stuff to clean in my studio, but I am also meeting at my Mom's for lunch and to see my cousin who is in town.  :)

Have fun with your mom and cousin! And enjoy that sunshine!!!

Hey Cherries 😊
Feeling a bit better today! JUST the fibromyalgia gets stupid sometimes! 🤷🏻 I'm off today again and can get some more rest in.
I've been slowly working on my art room, unpacking boxes and putting things in drawers and on shelves. I've got to re-do my paper! It didn't all fit where I wanted it to! 😂 😂 😂
It's a slow process but it's good! I have MUCH more to do, including getting all my stamps in there! 😂
I'm determined to make things fit, and there's a lot of tools and what-not that I'm storing on the shelves in the living room, instead of on shelves in the middle room. So, it's a thing!! 😂 😂 😂
I REALLY can't believe how MUCH paper I have though! 😂 I mean, if I NEVER bought paper again, I'd STILL have enough to last me! 😂
Embellishments are the same- MUCH! NEARLY too MUCH, but when it comes to scrappy things, can we ACTUALLY have too much? Asking for a friend! 😂 😂 😂
Anywho, I never got to my collage so I'm hoping to actually play with it today! I let the watercolor paper wrap and never flattened it out, but I'm gonna work with it anyway!!😉

Stay blessed Cherries! 🍒 ❤️ 😊
Have a wonderful day, Cherries!

I don’t think we scrappers could ever have too much of anything! But of course non-scrappers would tend to disagree with us!!! Lolol!

Hope you can make great progress on your organization today!

Looks like winter outside but not raining yet and not nearly as cold.

yesterday was a lot of fun with my friend for her bday. We have been friends for 70 years and are more like sisters.  After delicious chx and dumplings for lunch, we sat on Cracker Barrel’s porch in the rocking chairs talking and laughing for two hours or more.

Also yesterday the grandpa across the street apparently died unexpectedly.  Only 68 years old.  He lived there with his son and 8 year old grandson.  He was his grandsons sitter too so not sure what’s going to happen now.

nothing on my agenda today. I have a couple errands I could run but lol don’t really want to.  Have a nice Thursday.

Oh what FUN Charleneanne!!! Too bad about your neighbor. :(  We just never know what life brings next do we? Enjoy your day! Oh and I hope Rosie is better!!!

Hi Cherries! We had beautiful weather yesterday and today is another nice day but it’s cloudy. I’m just glad it’s not raining!!!!

My knee is a lot better but the fibromyalgia knots all decided to fire on all cylinders last night. They’re still giving me trouble. So more Advil is necessary. Grrr!!!

I spent a few minutes cleaning off my craft table and pulled a few papers for my next layout. I really want to play but I have to be more careful today.

Sending Steve to town alone with a specific list of what we need from the store. I was really hoping I could go and ride the wheelchair cart but not with the knots being so bad. I need to see if I can get a refill on some cream we have gotten before. That would help a lot…

Hope you’re all having a great day!!!

Re: Scrap a Day, March 27th
We had a busy morning outside.  Got the flower beds mulched and DH mowed the lawn.  New mower coming tomorrow and he didn't want to use it for the first mowing for fear of  mowing through winter aftermath.  Cleaned up branches ahead of time so it was basically leaves that blew into the yard from surrounding houses.  The lawn mowing season has commenced!!  I am leaving at 4 to pick up DGD and take her to orientation at her new high school.  Seems early for September classes but I guess time is going fast and the current school year will be over soon.
