Hey Cherries. Very lazy rainy Sunday morning here. Our weather has been a roller coaster, thanks to the crazy temp changes. We started off with snow yesterday afternoon, and after many hours of snow it turned to rain and has been raining ever since and will rain all day. Just a day or so ago our temps were in the 20s and today we are headed for 53, and by tomorrow morning we’ll be down in the 20s again. It is a slushy mess outside right now and it will all freeze overnight. Ugh.

Had a nice time with DD and family yesterday. The kids and I planned their sleepover, which will start on Wednesday. We are expecting a snow storm on Thursday so we are excited that they will be here for a major snow. It will be fun to have them here to play in the snow with the dogs.

I am in all day today, and after all the work I have been doing cleaning out closets and purging and reorganizing I am now going to give myself me time until the kids come on Wednesday. I earned it and I plan to get my scrap on! But first, I need to shake off these Sunday morning lazies. lol.

Sounds like a fun sleepover!  We were to get up to 16 inches of snow on Thursday and it's been downgraded to about 4 inches. 

Downgraded here too. But if could change. I don't think they know lol.

Hola Cherries. I'm one of those cherries who is having a "lazy Sunday" but I kind of have to. LOL. DH is making sure of it. I'm doing okay today. Yesterday I felt kind of sore, on my left side. Not sure what I did. Shoot, I could have just stretched wrong. I know I grabbed something out of the top cabinet when I shouldn't have yesterday. So this morning, I had to ask DH to get me down anything I needed to make breakfast and then of course help me put things back. Afterwards, he helped me load the dishwasher. I then asked him to vacuum and you should have seen the pups. They each had a "WTF are you doing?" look on their face.   They'd look at me, then look at him. Just totally baffled and probably think he's doing it wrong!

We watched a couple of episodes of a show, then he left to go to the office for a little while. I took a small nap, then switched it over to Netflix. Figured I'd jump on here for a bit too, finish up checking out Flasher Laura's VD challenges/games.

Lazy Sunday here too. I slept till about 10:30. Steve got up and let the birds out then got the fire started in the wood stove. Then he went back to bed and he’s still sleeping.  Both of the roosters are taking turns crowing. It’s nice and quiet otherwise. 

I got one of Flasher’s challenges done yesterday. I still need to post it. I really like how it turned out! 

Meanwhile Steve got the pipes cleared of ice in the cabin! Yipppeeeeeee!!! The weather has warmed up just above freezing and we got rain instead of snow all last night! So almost all of our snow has melted!!! SOOOO happy! Now I can do dishes and laundry! We haven’t moved the dishwasher or the washer over here yet because he hadn’t hooked up the water pipes here yet. But now that it’s warming up he should be able to do that soon.  

Im planning to do a bit of straightening up since I shouldn’t have to concentrate on staying warm and then I’m going to work on another of Flasher’s challenges.

I'm so glad you're DH is so supportive and helpful. I'm glad you're taking it EASIER, too- and I hope your side quit hurting. (I recall over doing it after a surgery before and yesterday, sometimes stretching the wrong way is the thing that does it!)
Glad you're healing though!!!! Keep enjoying this restful time- your body NEEDS it, so veg out as MUCH as you can!!! You KNOW you'll be back at it, full-force, soon enough!

Hazy sky not sure where it’s going. Cool but headed into 50’s.  I have no plans to leave the house today.  Cat and I are cuddled up together on the sofa just now and quite comfy. Eventually I will take a shower and get dressed I suppose. I do have plans to do a load of laundry lol.  Maybe even sweep the floor-maybe.  
I have one of Flashers challenges about half finished on my craft table so maybe do that.  Really “I don’t give a darn” attitude today.
