Today was laundry day and usually I like going to the laundromat (guilt-free reading time!) but lately it's just been crazy. I always seem to get there at just the wrong time to get machines or folding tables or whatever. It just took a lot out of me today. Then DD usually folds and puts everything away but a) had an assignment to finish that was due today and then BFF came over to help her work on a costume for a party later. So I'm just dragging with everything going on. I am already behind on my manuscript and another one came in.

The good thing is the Mets advanced (Hey Louise! You watching the game tomorrow? ). There is a watch party tomorrow but I said I wasn't available. I'd rather watch it on TV and go to Target with DH and get some copy editing done.

Right now I am working on my Progressive step 1...whew!!!
I feel spoiled that I have laundry at my house, but it still wears me out to do it AND fold it.  I don’t ask DH to help, because 1. He does it wrong. ;) and 2. He has to work outside all day, while I am in the a/c.  Still let it sit in the baskets many times, because it is exhausting and neverending!

Hey Cherries 😊
Work kicked my tail last night! I'm off today with JUST therapy at 3; it's on zoom so I don't EVEN have to leave the house. This is great because my car is still down and while Omer needs to look at the underneath, he's STILL feeling lousy from that stomach bug. 😩
I got step one of the progressive challenge done before work yesterday, and I'm gonna start on the art journal today! 😊
Stay blessed, Cherries! 🍒 ❤️😊

Hope he feels better soon. Sorry about your car! I also just finished step 1 of the Progressive challenge today. So I feel like I made some creative headway today lol
Happy Scrapping!

And we're on the top floor of a three-story walkup...ugh. I feel like if I am the one schlepping it 5 blocks through whatever weather then someone else should do the folding and putting away lol. Usually if it's not crowded and there are available folding tables, I start the folding. But the past few weeks, sheesh! Sometimes if DH has a Friday off, we go together and do all the folding. He stays in his lane for folding (socks, undies, towels) LOL! But it is exhausting and neverending. And fall / winter laundry is the worst because it has to all fit in the cart for me to schlep and everybody is wearing layers!
