Every year for our Dec. meeting, I have promised myself I'd make something for the girls. Every year (4) I have failed. Several (not all) bring a little something for everyone...a card, a pin, a sachet. This year is the year. This is what I am making...no two will be alike and I am going to put the GOOD peppermint sticks in them , not the ones we gave each other as kids.
So what gifts are you making? Here are my first 3.
Each takes about 30-45 min. are are no sew using a variety of Helmar's adhesives and lots of my scraps.
Those are gorgeous Jules!!!
I altered a drink carrier for my Dad so he can hold packets of seeds and anything else that is small and light. He loves to garden!
I am going to make everyone a bookmark. I've made two. Need 4 more.

Those are so cute!
These have been on my list of things to do for the last couple of weeks - I hope to get my act together enough to make Cardinals for teachers, & coworkers.

Those are so pretty!!!
once again you have created something just beautiful! I especially love the blue one.........they are all fabulous and I"m sure your friends will love them.
Those are very pretty!
I make nothing in the way of gifts for family or friends. Unfortunately, my family and my friends, (except for my kids and hubby) have no desire to receive anything that is hand made. I found that out the hard way a few years ago. (Even my son's Sunday School teacher complained about how she get so much "crafty" stuff that she can't use.)

OCD is not an adjective. It is not a personality quirk. It is not synonymous with being organized. It is a complex and debilitating mental health illness that affects people of all ages and walks of life, and is defined by the presence of unwanted, intrusive thoughts and repetitive actions. I am an OCD warrior and I fight for my son.

Wow, Jules! Fabulous! Is it too late to join your book club this year???
I wonder, sometimes, if we ever give God a headache.
