Ok I need some help from all of you great scrapping blog people. Where should I go to set up a blog. Looking for recommendations here. Where should I go and why??

I use Blogspot and my background is from shabbyblogs.com. I believe Blogger and Blogspot are the same thing.

yeah I think blogger and blogspot are the same thing. Blogger is the page you go to in order to write new posts, and blogspot is the domain address that your new blog will have. i.e. mine is thoughtsoftraveling.blogspot.com but when I want to post something I send my browser to www.blogger.com and log in there.
