Hi ladies, you all seem to be very resourceful I am hoping some one can help.

I am making favors for my daughter's bridal shower. I can't seem to find a pink and white stripe paper. I need the stripes to be an inch or so wide. Any ideas what companies may make? I am making high heel shoes with the paper and will embellish them with different things. Theme is French....kinda?

I don't know of any paper, but I have an old template from Stampin' Up! that's used with a brayer to make stripes on paper... if you can't find it premade maybe you could do that! Hmm, if it doesn't need to be photosafe, I wonder if there's wrapping paper that would work?? Or back to scrappy stuff, what about some of the digi stuff & just recolor it?? If you can't find something you like I bet one of our digi gals could whip something up for you easily!

I was going to suggest checking into the Letterpress. It is a cool gadget for making your own papers. It is perfect for invites. You could always check the digi shop and print your own.

If you are going to be cutting the paper into high heels, then does it need to be 12"x12"? If not, then just go into a graphics program, even paint, and make your own and print it out.

These might work for ya. Some stripes are smaller but grouped in same colours. (Linked to store) But posted in case any of tehm work for ya.

Thank you all so much! The black and white strip will work. The baby print will too. I thought about making them out of victoria secret bags. Wrapping paper is to light weight. The template fits on 8 1/2 by 11 paper, so 12X12 will be fine.
A lot of great suggestions, I knew you all would help, thank you for taking the time to search and post the pictures. I thought about doing it with computer program, also thought about digital, but I don't do digital, and lately I haven't even scrapped with paper. I sorta lost interest. Have made invites for wedding, favors, guest book, and also a frame for reception table. Now it is on to the shower, found the template for the shoes and thought they would make cute favors for the shower. I guess I will be scrapping again with the wedding photos?
