Re: New Trends/Old Trends
I used stickles some when they first came out but I was not that good with them (touched it too soon - couldn't get it exactly where I wanted it, etc) My old trend that I still love love love is distressing. I love it on cards and layouts.

I still haven't tried Glimmer mist. I don't have any, and I'm afraid of trying it. I am just not sure about the messy side of it, but I also said that about glitter! LOL!!!

I'm LOL along with you! Except I'm the opposite, I shy from glitter that is not contained (like stickles), it seems to get ALL OVER THE PLACE. I haven't gotten a mat to use. I just pull out paper from the printer and use the glimmer mist outside. If I'm pooling it it don't have to worry about getting it all over the place. My favorite way to use it now is to pool a color, spread with the brayer, dry. Pool another color and spread again. Then sometimes I'll use a stamp. Great background to that technique. :-D

I find myself making LOs without putting on pics or journaling. I have about 6 or 7 of them that I need to find pics for!

Laura,
I saw your note on my "orange" page. :-D I blushed! I really tried to paste those puppies down, but a few creative ones managed to sneak out anyways. I ended up doing 19 pages last weekend. I'm doing the cherry dance. It looks a lot like the staples back to school dance! lol
