 Hi Ladies, trying to get the scanner to work but I took photos of the instructions. I am hoping you can save these and enlarge them so that you can read them. Let me know how this works out and I will continue to work with the scanner. The first is page 1, the second is page 2

 hi everyone, i have to say that when a company doesn't jump for u when there is a problem with their product it really upsets me. we are the ones that keep them in business am i right? customer service has to be the most important thing to all of these suppliers
