 hurts from yelling so loud!  my dog was going to the bathroom in the backyard while i waited and then just all of a sudden took off and ran from the back to the front of the house and through the yard up onto the road (which is a very busy highway here) right in front of a car, luckily they were able to swerve and miss her...omg she got a good swat and the "naughty" speech in which she blinked her eyelashes quite a lot with her eyes barely open (while smiling and tail wagging) little shit. guess she'll have to go out back on a leash now. serves her right for scaring me 1/2 to death. she's also the same one who got hit by a car a year and 1/2 ago and ended up with a broken neck. i guess she hasn't learned.  in her defense, she was fine until she must have seen the rabbit or something cuz her ears perked up and she just belined...only squirrels, chipmunks and rabbits get that kind of attention.

 leslie i could scrap for  a year alone on how accident prone these 2 are!  if it ain't one it's the other. the dog that ran out today? she has about a 14 inch gash in her belly that is finally healing after a month...from what? who knows..all i know is it's been gross.  i have so many pics of them with ice packs on their heads and paws and ankles and gauze, and stitches..i swear they are worse than kids lol.
