Mine is very slow and sometimes I just lock up and have restart ACOT 
I am trying to make the most of it but it is really annoying.

I felt like I was back to using dial up..grrr..so I deleted all my temporary internet files, shut down and restarted my computer. That seemed to help me. Hope it helps you too.

One tip, is that if you leave firefox running more than one day, it usualy starts to slow everything down. I usualy restart firefox once a day.

Refreshing takes a long time. I even got an error message earlier.
