Re: Glimmer Mist Class ****HERE****
Sorry for the multi post! I have a problem with 1 of my bottles. It won't spray and if I pump it several times it is coming out of the base of the sprayer. Any ideas of how to fix it?
I have about a dozen bottles and honestly have never had this happen.  But, if I did have a clogged one, I would try to clean it like a hairspray bottle.  Take off the cap, and try to rinse it. You could try to use a straight pin in the nozzle in case it is clogged.

How long does it take to dry?  Does it depend on the material you used?
Good question.

It depends on how much you spray and the material it is added to.  It dries in less than 30 seconds if you use a heat embossing gun.  I would guess up to 30 minutes (at the most) for air drying.  I tend to touch it and feel if it is dry.

Re: Glimmer Mist Class ****HERE****
Next, try spraying some flowers with Glimmer Mist.  I think it works great on paper flowers such as Primas.  I had these mint green flowers forever and decided to use the Glimmer Mist on them to see how they would turn out.  I haven't used them in at least a year so I figured I had nothing to lose.Image

Re: Glimmer Mist Class ****HERE****
I used a variety of different colors including Robin's Egg Blue, Key LIme, Daffodil, Jazz Blue and more.  I can honestly say there wasn't a flower I wouldn't use and loved the results.  I turned these flowers that were a color I never used into something I couldn't wait to use.ImageSome of the prinicples of color mixing apply to using Glimmer Mist.  On this red flower, I sprayed Daffodil Yellow and it gave it a glittery burnt orange color that I loved!ImageAnother thing you can do with Glimmer Mist is use it change the shade of paper you are using.  Check out the Orange and Blue Thank You card to see what I did with the paper.

Here I used Glimmer MIst with a mask.  There are masks you can buy commercially, such as the ones by Heidi Swapp, or you can use stickers, which I did in the following example:ImageI sprayed the chipboard with Lavendar Fields Glimmer Mist:Image
I have a gugillion Primas and still buy more every chance I get.  Now, I can use some of the mountains of flowers I have by making them the  shade I need instead of continuing to buy them in mass quantities, lol.

Also, now when I buy embellishments, paper, flowers, chipboard, etc, I seek out white and stock up.  You can now change the white to whatever color you want once you have a variety of GM colors.

Is the class over?  I just ordered a glimmer mist...I used one in a LO at a crop but wish I'd written down which shade it was (sort of a peachy color) - wasn't sure if I should order peach delight or copper.

Great questions, Carol!!  Keep them coming.  These are things I didnt' think to write.

It doesn't stick if you leave it to dry.  I don't like to move mine.  Sometimes picking it up removes color where your fingers touch.

Does the spray warp the paper at all?
I can see a ton of uses for this.

I looked at both of those colors and couldn't decide.  They both looked very pretty.  You can access your order if you go to the top of the screen, right hand corner and click on My Account.  You can click on your order and check the name.
