Challenge #3 - Glitter LayoutThat's right...we want you to get messy!  Glitter is something that's all the rage in the scrapbooking industry now.  Even digi girls, you can do this one too.  Layouts should be posted to the "Crop Challenge #3 - Glitter Layout" category in the gallery by February 24th. This example used Glitter Chipboard and Glitter Flowers by Making Memories:
