I loved this challenge. I have never made one before and it was so much fun. I will definitely be doing this again. Thanks so much for this challenge Joannie. My ruffle is under the tea pot on the right side bottom. Forgive the pink dots, I don't like to put my mom on the Internet.
I hand bent a strip of leftover patterned paper and added it to the title cluster at the bottom of my layout:
Here’s mine! I made a ruffle and stitched it (left side). This was super fun! I have a boy and don’t use a lot of ruffles and things, but I enjoyed doing something different with this page of him & friends.
For some reason when I thought of ruffles I was thinking of something festive and tropical. I found crepe paper and created ruffles around a circle and made it the center of attention on the layout.
This was a fun challenge. Great idea. May have to use this ruffle idea in more layouts!
