Scrapbooking reminds us that life is good!
Here is my submission: This is our annual Valentine's layout for 2024. I used a heart shaped white doily for the background. I adhered pink paper behind it to show through. Then I painted a wood doily chipboard a light pink and then adhered a darker pink paper to the back of the flowers. Placed a small doily under the "Love You" tag.

Mostly covered the Doilies I stenciled but they're under the white doilies.

Great challenge and example!

Doilies were perfect for our junk journaling gathering photos. We love using doilies! Thank you for a great challenge. I'd Rather Be Crafting : Gallery : A Cherry On Top

Here's mine, this is a particularly special because it is about times my son spent with his Grandmother last summer and she is no longer with us. He asked me to make this one.

there are 2 acetate doilies which are overlapping the photos plus the Kraft doily behind the journaling. There also happens to be a 4th doily which is on the patterned paper that I used but you can't really see it anyway. Here are close-ups of the 3 doilies:

I LOVED this Challenge. I bought these ages ago online and have been hoarding them. This was the perfect challenge to dig them out and finally use them. Me and my great-grandfather - 1966. I'm not sure I like how dark the chipboard came out but I think I can live with it. Thanks for this great challenge Brandy.

I don’t think I own a doily…. But I’m going to dig tomorrow
….wait, I know I have those cardboard ones from simple stories…. Hopefully I can figure this out!
