Here's my layout.

Layer 1 - pink paper.
Layer 2 - Brown tag.
Layer 3 - red circle, gingham fishtail banner.
Layer 4 - floral die cut, Happy Birthday sentiment.
I used the tag I made for Stacy's Pre-NSD challenge for this birthday card. I put it on a pink background with stitched border and added two more wood veneer stars.

2 layers-Used two different Picket Fence Paper Glazes to stencil a netting mixed media background. 
Picket Fence Studios Paper Glaze in 2 colors through stencil,
1-fussy cut pieces popped up mid center red BAR "The Sea is Calling me"
-Tag
-Sea shell
-3 Stamps
And double matted pics
And flip up page
Button chipboard and threaded with thick red twine
All papers were inked with Faded Jeans Distress Oxide ink and blending tool

I made a card for your challenge.

Layers are the purple base with a round scallop die cut.  On top of that is a foam flower shape with pattern paper on it with a felt flower and pearl.  Another strip at the bottom with layers also.   Also, added bling and some twine to the card.

even though it's a pretty simple page, I actually have 5 layers in the lower left" white background paper, the yellow patterned paper, the bracket sticker, the green phrase sticker, the puffy heart sticker.

I used paint, mist, mica powder, cardstock, embellishments, and decoupaged a napkin for the edges. Sorry about the photo being so foggy looking.

So many layers started with blue card stick , then added the cream, put green ink smooshing, let that dry and yellow stenciled the clock, then stamped some brown circles. Let it dry and painted the yellow and brown with acrylic, next added 4 pieces of pattern paper then I matted my photos and layered stickers on top. Very fun thank you
