I am going to start a chat here right now!
One of the things I love about NSD is how fast the board is hopping! So, what do you love best about NSD? If you've never been to an ACOT NSD online crop, what questions do you have?

Laura

I love everything about the crops! I remember when we used have weekend crops 3 or 4x a year!!!
I love everyone's creativity, meeting new Cherries that hopefully stick around like some of us old gals, lol!!!
I love getting myself special crop snacks! Even though I rarely eat the whole weekend! I do not want to miss
a minute!!!
I would love for us to get more Cherries this year on the board than we have ever had!! I think our
highest was 123, but that was many years ago!

I love the variety of challenges that we see! I also enjoy it when someone new decides to join in!
OCD is not an adjective. It is not a personality quirk. It is not synonymous with being organized. It is a complex and debilitating mental health illness that affects people of all ages and walks of life, and is defined by the presence of unwanted, intrusive thoughts and repetitive actions.
I am an OCD warrior and I fight for my son.

I love that it changes the pace of my scrapping. I also like that there are games if I want to take a break from scrapping or just in between projects.

I love how the board gets hopping during NSD, and all the wonderful challenges the hostesses come up with.

I like seeing all the new challenges / inspirations and all the games and points. I find I respond positively to the time challenges too - it helps me stop obsessing too much about what paper to use or supplies or theme etc. Just do it and move on LOL! And usually the thing I do in less time looks the same or better than the thing I spend a week on! It helps me make better use of my time, which is usually what my problem is (as DH knows all too well)...time management! I like the games and the chatting and just the all-around party atmosphere and camaraderie.
Happy Scrapping!

I love all the different challenges that get me to try new things and push me out of "my box".

This is only my 2nd year participating, but I had a blast last year. I love "celebrating" NSD with so many others that are as excited about scrapbooking and card making as me!
I'm a total Doodlebug addict and last year I loved the challenges as they really got me trying new things!

I am going to invite all my scrappy friends that I used to do crops with to join in that weekend. Hopefully some will be able to!
Have a Wonderful Day! ~Misty

I think my favorite part about NSD is that my whole family KNOWS that if I am able to...I WILL BE SCRAPPING. And they all leave me alone and don't expect dinner or silly little things like that!

I love the challenges! And this is the one time of year that I always set aside to scrapbook, so it's understood that I don't have to do anything around the house all weekend, and I usually get at least 10 layouts done (within the week allowed, that is).

The challenges!! So much fun! Love the different inspiration they provide

I LIKE THE GAMES AINLY CUZ I HAVE NO PRINTER...... BUT OTHERWISE I LOVE ALL THE FUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN WE HAVE....... VALERIE
For me, it’s all about inspiration from the challenges. Hanging out with ladies who I met on the internet with a crazy common interest, that I have never met. So glad to have had you all, especially over the last couple of years!

Last year was my first NSD crop at ACOT and I absolutely loved it. COVID has kept me busy this past year until I had surgery this year. That has forced me to slow down but has given me so much more time to scrapbook and participate in the monthly and motivational challenges. I find that I am less stressed and much more happier the more projects I have completed. Sadly, my leave from work is over on May 9th, so I fully intend to make the most of the weekend. I want to thank all of the hostesses that have put so much time and effort into the NSD crop as well as all of the cherries...you gals are so welcoming!

I love the atmosphere! There's such a fresh, upbeat, and inspiring attitude all weekend long. It definitely inspires me!

Last year was my FIRST NSD CELEBRATION EVER! WITH OTHER SCRAPPERS!!! I had the ABSOLUTE BEST TIME EVER!
Friendly, fun, creative.... ALL of the Cherries were SUPER nice and FANTASTIC! I was PLEASANTLY SURVIVED by EACH challenge and game- I LOVE HAPPY surprises! Getting points and prizes was a big surprise to me, too! AND it led to developing and fostering WONDERFUL friendships, too!
