Up until covid hit us, I pretty much only scrapbooked at weekend crops and retreats. When we locked down, a group of us started scrapbooking on zoom. One of my friend mentioned that she was doing this weekly contest on ACOT. I didn’t take her up on that, but several weeks later another fried conveyed the same message. So for almost a year and a half now I’ve been doing the Becky Fleck sketch’s, (Love her sketches) any time I’m home. So, answer to the question. From friends.

Way Back in the Day.... when my city actually had Local Scrapbook Stores... where in-person crops were held...
I once won a prize for staying up all night at the scrapbook store at an all night crop! (5pm-8am)

Yeah, I miss those days!!!

I believe someone mentioned ACOT at a crop. I had no reason to buy online Scrapbook supplies. 
NONE. I had 2-3 LSS's in business at any given time.
I started scrapbooking in 2004.

Now, I have to buy online. Oh, how the tables have turned.

I loved to support LOCAL then instead of the big box stores. 
I love to support family run ACOT now. 

I'm getting all nostalgic and mushy and wanting to cry.

I did a search in 2020 (after Covid hit) looking for a scrapbooking FORUM.  With actual people and interaction.  I found ACOT and LOVED IT.
I have since learned that apparently, I found it before then, and was a registered user, but did not remember it.  Still don't...but my original screen name is there! LOL 
I wish I could merge the two, just because I want my name! LOL
