Thanks for a fun challenge!! I really wanted to get fancy and cut out all the tiny pieces inside the edge of the doily... but common sense prevailed. Lol

I went with example 2 using two identical pieces of patterned paper. I fussy cut the lemon branches, butterflies and bird, then added foam tape for dimension.
