This ended up being a very difficult challenge for me. I had no trouble finding my Pinterest inspiration but I had a lot of trouble finding out of business manufactures!
I used a sketch from Sketch n Scrap off my Pinterest board, Storytellers Club paper, and Basic Grey embellishments.
I read the directions three times and still did it wrong. Got it all pasted down and realized I used some Doodlebug . Second try - all Basic Grey and cardstock.

Here is mine. Found this photo from Harlee from 2nd grade on my desk last week when I was picking up. Now her brother is in this same class.
My old product is the backgound paper from My Little Shoebox. Some round elements from Chic Tags and brads from OCT Afternoon.
Otherwise a few new things on here too. Hard to find old school stuff. Hope it's OK.

I love Rochelle Spears sketches. I had this one saved on Pinterest and it worked perfectly for my pictures of Sam on Easter 2003. I used the "Fresh Cut" collection from Basic Grey.

Good morning everyone!
Your challenge is to take the layout or sketch you found on Pinterest and use it as inspiration for your layout. If you didn't see the hint from last week, check it out here.
The twist though is that you must use products from manufacturers/designers that are no longer in business (Hint from earlier). Your FREEBIES are solid cardstock (either as your background OR used for matting photos), mixed media (paint, stencils, inks, stamps, etc), alphas, and tools (SewEasy, punches, die cutting machines (Sizzix, Cricut, Cameo), etc).
After going through my 1200 PLUS layouts I have pinned, I chose this one:
Love the layers and clusters and sprinkles. And here is my layout:
My girl Shelby happy on a Friday night. She was ready for the weekend!
I used LOTS of Basic Grey - including rub-ons, which I am very surprised still worked! I also used bling (for the centers of the butterflies) from Zva Creative. I also used a variety of punches - paw print edge punch, scallop circle and butterfly punch.
Deadline for the challenge is Monday, May 10, at 11:59 PM EST in the Gallery titled "Brandy's Pinterest with a Twist Challenge". You may also post here for everyone to see. Layouts only please (paper or digital). No combining with challenges except the 25 Items List. MUST be a NEW Layout!
One random winner will receive the Home + Family Bundle sponsored by Photoplay:
Have fun and if you have any questions, please ask!
