Yes, we love meeting new Cherries. Welcome to all.
Yes!! Welcome all new cherries! This is such a wonderful and inspiring place to be and we have loads of fun with challenges every month. The cherries here are very supportive and so sweet. There are no sour cherries here.

Good morning! I consider myself new though I have been doing the challenges for awhile. I am married for 25 years and we have 2 daughters. My oldest has lost her job due to the pandemic but I have no doubt she will be back in a new position in a week or 2. My youngest is in the Marines and stationed in Hawaii. We became empty nesters all at once as Brenna graduated high school, the next day Shelby got married and on Memorial Day 2018 Brenna left for boot camp. So still adjusting to the quiet. I manage a primary care office and our schedules are thrown off as well due to the virus so I have more time to play on here. Oh and we live in Avon Indiana.
Welcome!!
Thanks ladies. It's been so long since I've participated in a message board setting. Most of them closed long ago. Will come back and see what else is going on here. I am always up for some good challenges.
I am from Fishers (Indianapolis suburb), Indiana, married for 27 years and have 3 kids, I mean kitties. I am a volunteer with the local community cat group so spend some of my spare time feeding and TNR'ing feral cats. My hobbies are scrapbooking, quilting, sewing, reading, traveling, and drinking wine.

Welcome to all of the New Cherries! It is awesome to have so many members here this weekend!
Good Morning and THANK YOU ALL!
I will definitely stick around after the crop...I actually was searching for this type of setting way before NSD because it is so inspirational and the community type environment helps to motivate even the lazy scrapper! LOL Like CelesteB said... most message boards closed down long ago and I had no idea that this one even existed or I would have been here WAAAAYYYY back then. However...I got here as soon as I could! LOL
I am a Mom of 5, one of which has passed away. I was married for 20 years, but got divorced in 2014, my son passed in 2016.
I have spent the last several years finding "ME" again and helping my children to find their way again, after we all lived in a "zombified" state of mind for the largest part of 2 solid years. We experienced the two largest life altering things (Death and Divorce) less than 2 years apart and we were broken.
However...it has been 4 years since my son passe, and with the help of my amazing family, friends, and community...we are good again.
Now, it is time to add in all the little things that made us who we were to begin with. For my 21 year old son...he has begun playing basketball with the kids in our neighborhood (until COVID) and helping them to get better. For my daughters, it is socializing, shopping, and helping each other improve themselves. For my 17 year old son...It is theater.
For me...it is scrapbooking.

Hi new friends! My name is Leah and I am 27. I live in Queens, nyc with my fiancé and two cats. I lost my barista job due to covid but sadly I also lost my wedding date. We were supposed to be married in the Bay Area last Saturday 4/25 but now we are (fingers crossed) getting married in October. I started scrapping when we got engaged and then when we found out my sister was pregnant I started a baby scrapbook for my niece. My other hobbies are knitting, watercoloring, board games, and walking/eating around NYC.

Hi. I have been here about a week and am loving it. I was on another board years ago and when that closed I figured that was it. Wish I had known about this one. I actually just stumbled on it last week. I am having so much fun participating in the challenges and will stay long after NSD weekend.
I am a mom of two grown boys whom I adore. I am also married for 26 years and a kindergarten teacher for kids with special needs. Scrapbooking is my sanity saver. I also love photography and wrestling (not WWE), the high school/college kind.
My son graduated last year so I now have a lot more time on my hands. I am waaaaaaaaaaaay behind as I am working on their first year albums and scattered events here and there. Little by little. Thank you all for the very warm welcome, everyone is so nice here.

My first husband was from Queens, down the street from the World's Fair sphere.
