Scrapy1967 NSD Recipe challenge/ winner

For this challenge you must follow the recipe as if you are cooking
The recipe is as follows
Patterned paper at least two different ones. One must be the background paper.
Stickers or die cuts. I used both
Add some dimension. It can be buttons, flair badges, pop dots, thickers anything that raises it up off the page. I used pop dots
Add some enamel dots, sequins, mist anything that looks like little confetti on the page.

Add as many photos as you like
Here are the rules
No combining
no multiple submissions
layouts must be submitted by May 10th at 11:59 pm
Please add your layout to the gallery I have set up and post them here as well

OMG 2 lightbulbs and husband says he is out...to which I responded, "How could you be out of light bulbs? That would be like being out of..." Well you know if you are a girl! He just walked away mumbling!!!

This is my NSD Recipe Challenge for Scrapy1967. I thought it was a one hour layout and I was not going to make it...ha! When I realized my mistake on timing I went back, did my journaling and here it is!

Stickers or die cuts. clear die cut hibiscus flowers behind ampersand
Add some dimension. . I used pop dots behind my center layer and dimensional flower stickers
Add some enamel dots, sequins, mist anything that looks like little confetti on the page. used lime green candy dots all over
