So DH & I made the lemon bars today and had them for dessert with the kids while we played Uno. They are sooo good!!! My compliments to Chef Isabella!! I've never made lemon bars before and these were very easy and yummy!! Definitely a keeper and will get a page in the Rutella Family Recipe album (once I print these pics LOL!).  Thanks for the great challenge!

So I made the lemon bars (DH has eaten half of them already!), took a photo, and made a page with LOTS of yellow!   Maybe too much yellow?

DD just made Isabella's lemon bars this afternoon. My DH's fave! Thanks for the yummy recipe.



I did a recipe LO with yellow, this recipe is for my Gram's honey cookies, a fave of mine as a kid. For some reason we never made them with my kiddos through the years. During stay at home we broke out the recipe and made them!

Well I haven't made the lemon cookies yet (I thought the challenge went till Sunday) but here's a layout I made today with a splash of yellow, anyway. (It's also my entry for the facebook stamping challenge if it looks familiar. ) Just thought I'd share! I have everything here to make the cookies. I'll take pics and share the recipe on the message board when I do get them done.

I am so glad you enjoyed them!  She is truly a great chef and that is her personal recipe that she shared for us!  I did not even have it!  LOL!  Thank you for the sweet comment.  She is truly proud that you enjoyed them!
