What is everyone up to today?  Just scrapping or maybe taking a break and going out for a Cinco De Mayo drink???  Will be back later to sprinkle!!!

Heading to the last day of our Retreat.  Will be leaving early this after noon.  About a 4 hour drive home.

I hope to finish - ummm- I mean make progress on 2015 and 2017 competition pages.  Save the title work until I get home.

I am pleased with what I have done, but it took longer than I expected....sigh

I plan to scrap most of the day. We probably won’t go out to celebrate and just finish the pizza from last night!

Wish that I could get to some of the challenges but lesson plans and finishing the students’ Mother’s Day gifts comes first.

I'm ready to scrap with all my notes in hand and a few papers and photos already picked out pages. Since I don't have to go anywhere, I attend mass on Saturday vigil, I plan to spend the day scrapping. My latest order from Shutterfly came in yesterday so some new photos are available. Not that I don't already have plenty! I will go on the video Hop after I visit my scrap room and get something started. I went to sleep last night planning a couple pages so need to start them.

Happy Cinco De Mayo! Happy Birthday to my son! Growing up he thought it was pretty special that so many people celebrated his birthday!LOL
I hope to get some NSD challenges done today.

We're celebrating Mother's Day today because my husband will be away next Sunday. It's also my son's half birthday, which isn't really a thing at his age anymore.  No margaritas for us today, I think we're going to Italian. 

I still have some preplanned pages I can work on. But of course, chores are calling me.

We are having a nacho bar for Cinco de Mayo dinner today, so I need to get out and get supplies.

And I'm working on Epcot / Mexico pages today.

I don't get to play today.   I am heading out for the day in a couple hours. I hope to play the rest of the week after work to get some more of the challenges done.

I'm doing a little of everything today - a little scrapping, a lot of copy editing lol, some ironing (maybe catch up on Big Bang Theory at the same time).  DH was working OT the last 2 weekends so he hasn't been able to cook for the week. He is a little Italian mama lol. He is going to make up for that today and is planning a big taco feast for later. Yum!

I'm hoping to play a little bit today when we finally get home.  Heading out to church in just a few minutes, need to go by Grayson's dad's house and check on a couple of things for the week, dh's best friend's mom passed away this morning, so we will probably go visit with them for a little while.... need to go to the grocery store as well - so it will be later when I get home but I have a layout started on my desk that I want to finish and then get started on the rest of the ones I want to do!  I am off tomorrow so I can work on them more then too - after I take my car and drop it off to get it serviced....

HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO back at ya!

Well I have been up all night scrapping and holding the fort down here in the forum.  I was also able to get some items done that needed to be completed today.  I'm getting ready to get some rest.

Hopefully I can get more done this evening, but I need to go to the store to prepare a meal for my cousin.  Her mother is staying with her and I know how being a caregiver can wear you down.  So I told her to let me cook Mondays dinner and sit with her mother, so she could get out of the house and do what she needed to do.  She was very helpful to me when my father was in the same situation. And I know how any little bit of help is appreciated and that people don't like to ask for help.  And just cooking a meal and dropping it off is such a blessing.  So they requested meatloaf.  If I can get to the grocery store and get this meatloaf ready to cook for tomorrow, I'll get back on here tonight.  Monday I'll be done "Aunt Sitting" by 5 pm...after that my week is free.

I am doing a little scrapping this morning, but I will have around 12 people here later for home made enchiladas.  They are a lot of work, but I got the sauce made on Friday and did a bunch of chopping, etc.  DH cooked and shredded the chicken yesterday so today it is just putting them together and making some sides.

Still.  I finished up one page this AM and hope to get another done before I have to hit the kitchen.

I only scrapped one page yesterday between all the games, bingo and hosting a crop at home. So definitely planning to scrap more of the iNSD challenges today. Also need to do my two loads of laundry in between. DS is making a Starbucks run for us this morning and I have quiche in the oven. Starting out strong!

Happy Cinco De Mayo everyone!  We are headed to a birthday party for our grand daughter at noon.  It's a taco party at a local Mexican restaurant...imagine that!  The Pinata is ready and so is the taco bar!  Photos to follow!!

Not planning on being outside! Guess what’s happening??? It’s snowing!!

Maybe go out for breakfast with hubby. He is insistent on trying this newer restaurant out. Need to make a grocery run. Boo!! I hate grocery shopping.

Hopefully find some scrappy time. Have a layout on my desk I need to finish!
