Remember when I told you to Get out all your old Birthday, Christmas, or any CARD or postcard you have received and kept!!! 

Use old Christmas, Birthday, or Just because Cards you have received that are just sitting around in boxes and use them in a special way! Tear them apart, cut out the photo on the front or the hand written message from your loved ones that you want to keep and scrap with their photos. Or put the entire card on your layout to show it off vs just collecting dust! Let your imagination run wild.

PLEASE POST A PHOTO OF YOUR CARD BEFORE. 

This is a card my mom got from her mom...my Mema..she knew immediately I could use this in a layout! I've trained her well....So I decided to 'recycle' in a different way. I tore open the card, separating everything. I used the pink glitter as a mat behind photos and the floral behind as well. Apologies for the craptastic phone photos!

Oh fun I can do this. I save birthday cards to scrap and Christmas cards to scrap.

great example!  I will have to do some digging...I just threw away (in the paper recycle tub..ha) a bday card that dh got from his grandma last month...it was purple and girly as all get out..LOL

Good Recovery on the 'threw away'...see recycling is good, you didn't have to did through the trash to find!!! lol 

not gonna find me dumpster diving..lol  our trash service here is dumpsters in the alleys...shared by 3 houses per dumpster.........the 3rd person in our dumpster throws cat waste in directly....drives me nuts

I didn't think about how digital scrapbookers could scan in the cards etc to also participate and I apologize for my exclusion in the beginning!! 

Cannot wait to see everyone's creations!!
