Leaving for date night with dh

We are going to finally go see Avengers: Infinity War.  Have you seen it? Do you like action movies?  They are dh's favorite and okay for me.  Our little local theater has food and wine, too, so I get to eat and drink while I watch.  I am not, however, one who has to see a movie the minute it comes out. I could even wait for video....how about you? Image

I hate action movies (well, most of them), but LOVE date night, so I'd be willing to see anything!  Have a nice time!

The last few movies we went to were DH's choice and I told him the next one will be MY choice whether he likes it or not.  Have a great date night!!

Enjoy!! I Love date nights...but we have gotten away from the movies..just wait to rent or watch on tv later...I hate listening to others eating or crying kids in theaters after spending all the money.

I took my DS and 3 of his friends for his 12th birthday. I expected to be bored and wish I could be on my phone.  Lol. But it was really suspenseful, and I stayed glued to the screen!

I don't go to see many movies anymore and usually wait for them to come out on DVD ...

Have a good time!

Have a good evening. I have seen it and it's good if you like those kind of movies. If I had my choice I would have rather waited and streamed it at home.

That's so cool.
We have a small theater in the next town that has wine... not sure about food.
action movies are ok.
I don't usually have to see a movie the minute it comes out. There have been exceptions though.

Have a great time!!

Totally with you, I would rather watch at home in my pjs when it comes out on DVD.  Although the fact that you can bring wine sounds good!

Not really into the superhero movies and generally am happy to wait and watch a movie when it hits the streaming services. Hope you have a nice night.

We go to the movies a few times a year for the really big sci-fi movies (Star Wars, Harry Potter, some superhero movies).  DS and I have to go to the DMV to get (him) and renew (me) non-driver IDs and there is a movie theater right next door to the DMV.  If we can time it right, we plan to go see Ready Player One on Wednesday. I read the book and would love to see a Spielberg movie on the big screen again. :)

We have a big screen tv. so usually we wait to see most movies on video.  Action films and Sci-FI are the exceptions. :). We saw Ready Player One a few weeks ago and I really liked it!

It was pretty good, though we haven't seen several in the franchise.  Missed the second Thor movie, the last Avengers movie, and haven't seen Black Panther, so we were lost occasionally.
