Fitbit or other tracker users
Do you think you'll get in "your steps" today?  I normally try to do about 10,000 steps per day and at least 250 steps per hour.  I've managed to keep up with my 250 steps per hour but I'm going to fall way short of my normal daily steps.  Too hard to chat, play games, scrap AND walk!!!

I don't use any trackers but I do exercise regularly.  But today is a scheduled "off" day!  Sitting on my butt in front of the computer and scrap desk!

I don't use a tracker, but me having a day to just "sit" NEVER happens.  So, I figure I'm entitled to this one!
OCD is not an adjective.  It is not a personality quirk. It is not synonymous with being organized.  It is a complex and debilitating mental health illness that affects people of all ages and walks of life, and is defined by the presence of unwanted, intrusive thoughts and repetitive actions. 💙 I am an OCD warrior and I fight for my son. 💙

Are you kidding today?  LOL

Like the others, Saturday is my off day.  I usually do get in 10K miles 4 days during the work week.  I do take an off day during the week too.

I have a Jawbone. I wore it religiously at first, but took it off for a surgery over a year ago and never put it back on.... hmmm. I should get that back out. Even if I was wearing it, I know I wouldn't get my steps today.

Yesterday I did my first walking since surgery! Have a step app on my phone to track them.  But only if I have my phone on me.

My steps today are comprised of racing through my house to find what I need to craft.  I'm a little too spread out right now, but that's probably good because at least I will be moving!

Nearly 2 p.m., 863 steps after running up and down the stairs at least a dozen times today, .35 miles.   No......I will not be hitting my normal 3-4 miles/day today, for sure!  In fact, my butt is hollering "too much sitting"!!!!
I'm currently experiencing life at the speed of 15 WTFs an hour.

I don't think I'll get my 10k steps in today either.  I'm at 4395 right now but I did cycle for an hour and half so I exceeded my move & exercise goal on my Apple Watch!

Re: Fitbit or other tracker users
I have a fitbit Alta. My daily goal is 15,000..today I doubt I will make it. I spent a lot of time in the car, driving. Now I want to scrap. I will do my best to do the 250/hour.
Don't be afraid to be open minded Your brain is not going to fall out.
My scrap room is not messy it is an obstacle course designed to keep me fit!
