Here is mine. I used stamping, inked edges, bling (hard to see but the gem in the middle of the flower is blingy), ribbon and wood veneer. Thanks for the fun challenge!

I did inked edges, bling, ribbon, punched edge & patterned paper plus the number 5.  

First tag I have ever done - I feel like mine is way boring/plain compared to everyone else's  :(

This is very pretty! I love the colors you used and that blingy flower! great job!

Here is mine Susan! The 5 items I used from the list are:
1) bling
2) ribbon/twine
3) punched edge
4) wood veneer (I painted it)
5) patterned paper (I cut out the flower design that is on top of the doily from pattered paper)

I chose bling, enamel dots, pp, punched edge and ribbon.  I have not scrapped in a while this was fun!

Got my tag done.  I made a birthday tag.  My five items are:  inked edges, enamel dots, patterned paper, ribbon, punched edge.  Also, used the number 5 on my tag.

    Here is mine.  I used ribbon, bling, enamel dots patterned paper and a punched border at the bottom.  I also included a "5" on the onesie.  This is for my granddaughter's baby book.  She is turning 5 months old next weekend.

 

AWWWW! how sweet is this!! love the little onsie with the big heart!!! Very pretty!
