Hey all!! As some of you might know...today is also FREE COMIC DAY. For us super hero freaks, it is a day of celebration where we can dress up as our favorite character and get free comic books. I try to combine hobbies with my hubby at times and often find some really great inspiration in comic book art. So for this challenge...I ask you to take some inspiration from this comic book...
And here is my example:
Now here are the rules:
This challenge will be due by 11:59pm EST on Saturday - May 9th!
Cannot be recycled (old) and cannot be previously displayed/published ANYWHERE
Cannot be entered into multiple challenges (ie: entering same layout in sketch challenge AND another challenge/fast scrap)
Entries must be posted to the corresponding Gallery ("Shannon's Comic Book Challenge") to be considered to win - but please feel free to also post directly to the Message Board thread as well.
Open to all types - Traditional Layouts, Digi Layouts, Cards, Projects, Hybrid Layout
Depending on how many entries will determine how many winners. Winner(s) will be selected to win a GC from ACOT!
Love your LO, Shannon. I'll have to think on this one. I'll see if I have some paper somewhere that would work.

cool inspiration piece
Very interesting challenge. I'll need to put my thinking cap on!
Wow....I don't know where to start. This one is definitely a tough challenge!
It doesn't have to be hard...you can use the colors...box design...white space...picture of someone playing cards...take from it what you see and leave the rest. That's the best part of art...everyone interprets it differently.ColoradoCropper wrote:Wow....I don't know where to start. This one is definitely a tough challenge!
