When and where did you learn? Do you just make blankets or other type of things too?

I sew but don't quilt. Too many quilters in the family.

I started learning to quilt about two years ago and have not gotten as far as I would like, but so far I am still working on piecing things together and learning ways to incorporate quilting into other projects like tote bags.

It was my hobby 23 years ago but then I discover scrapbooking. I love the art but I'd rather make pages!

My mum is an avid quilter - she has won several prizes and is now teaching my daughter to quilt so I have all the quilts I need!

I have not technically learned how to quilt correctly, but I do sew--I machine-stitched together squares of children's artwork (on fabric) to make small quilts for teachers gifts about 10 years ago.

I don't quilt, yet. Although, I do have a couple projects in mind that I would like to learn to quilt for. I do sew baby blankets and other things sewing related.

I learned how to quilt back when I was 20 - so 28 years ago. I learned how to do it all by hand (no fancy sewing machines) from a group of elderly church ladies. I still have the quilt we made together.

Nope, I don't quilt. But my mom and my sister both do to a certain extent--both of them do basic block quilts, nothing too fancy but very nice just the same!

I sew a little bit but no quilting, although that's one of my many things I'd love to learn also.

No, but I'd love to. My mother quilted, and I helped a little here and there with the blocks and assembling, but not really the actual quilting. One of my sisters and I talk about getting together with one of our aunts and quilting, but it's all just talk so far!

No I do not. I do NOT like to sew at all. My fav sister-in-law is an awesome quilter and makes me blankets and wall hangings though. Love the look. Just do not like to sew well enough or at all to make a quilt. lol
