I just watched the video and WOW! I'm wondering if my Tim Holtz flower dies may work? Got to go find an old book!!!
I made the florals of lined music pages out of a book.
Thanks for the challenge!
My qoute is in the bottom left hand corner of page one, in the "bracket" printed: Happiness is a state of Activity" - Aristotle.

After several interruptions, I decided to take the easy way on my flowers. I used a flower punch and a circle punch then added a button. Sorry I didn't do the fancy ones. Men!!!!!!!!!! that includes boy dogs too.
Mildred - Mom to 2 girls and a husband (I tell people that I am a single mom of 3. Ages 59, 37 and 31) lol. And a proud Grandma to Orahn (7) Sawyer (5) and Mazie (3).
What about Must #4? It says, "page/card"?Ayla wrote:Love the flowers. If you'd given me the option to make a card, I'd definitely play along. But a 2 page layout in paper just doesn't fit my scrapping style nor supplies.

Got a 2-pager done! I used to do them all the time, now it's just here and there! Thanks for the challenge!
I think I covered all the rules: 1) it's a two pager, 2) there's a circle around the quote on the left page and the journaling is on a circle with a circle mat, 3) there's a quote by John Arnold about "visiting the past," and 4) I made 3 flowers by punching some patterned paper with a scalloped circle punch, then misting with water and crumpling them up, then misted with Mister Huey's Classic Tan spray mist. Then I layered 3 circles for each flower, punched a hole through the middle and used a brad to hold them together.

I made lollipop flowers. After cutting them out I used a distressing tool, crumpled and inked them, then put them together on the layout.

Fun challenge! I think I got everything...
The circles are the diecuts and doilies. The quote is from a teeny book I have called Joy, it's tucked beside the pic of my grandparents alone and it says "The supreme happiness of life is the conviction that we are loved" Victor Hugo.
I made the 2 spiky flowers by cutting them with my horrible Slice machine, and handcut the circles, layering them each up and fastening with brads. I rolled the blue and purple crepe rose.

Here is mine. I made three small flowers and my quote says- And in the end, it is not the years in your life. It's the life in your years. By Abe Lincoln.
Here's my layout. I made my flowers with coffee filters, a scallop punch, misting and then added brads to the centers. I found a quote from Winnie the Pooh that says "Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart."
