I wore my dad's baggy shirts

I spent the first 6 years of the 80's in sweats!

I don't have a photo, but I loved to wear my banana clip all the time and friendship pins on my shoes

I loved the scrunchie socks!!!!!! I had them in so many colors!

bandanas!!! I had them in every color!

I don't know if I'm brave enough to get the photo (or un-lazy enough to go to the trouble), but I loooooved legwarmers!! Long sweaters w/leggings, colorful plastic earrings. And of course feathered bangs!

the over sized shirts....peg leg pants and thats about all i remember w/ the fashion. didn't really follow it too much.

I wore Leggins...of course that was when I was skinny!!

I liked wearing the leggings with the scrunched socks, a baggy button up shirt with a loose belt around my waist, converse sneakers and the rubber bracelets like Madonna used to wear up her wrists.

I use to love folding and rolling up my pant legs a little. Scrunchy socks were a must. LOL

I loved jellie shoes.. of course mom always made me wear scrunch socks! I started liking them after learning the can be fun to play with when bored lol!!

I loved it all--big permed hair, oversized shirts and leggings, scrunch socks, pushed-up sleeves on unconstructed blazers, shoulder pads, I could go on forever. But what I really long for is my buffalo sandals from the 1970's--remember those? Platform soles, criscross sandals, stiff buff-colored leather straps...I miss those things! And clogs. I want all my clogs back now too!!

Well, I didn't wear only peg leg--sometimes I cuffed them in such a way to make them snug. I also layered those scrunchy socks in coordinating colors!

I've got a lot of them goin' on in this photo... scrunchie socks, acid wash jeans, huge glasses, big permed hair... LOL!

I practically lived in stirrup pants in college...they made my butt look tiny - lol! Of course, I wore the tops with big shoulder pads along with my stirrups.

I liked wearing the bright turquoise and hot pinks with puffy sleeves and jeans and white tennis shoes.
