I just quickly cut out the balloon shape.

I bet you will be able to find something that will work. Just look for something with a similar shape if you don't have any balloons.

STEP 14

Squeeze this into a cone shape with your fingers. So that it looks like this.

Glue this to the center of the rose.

And there you have it...a gorgeous 3D rose!
