OKay I thought it was just me since it's been happening for most of my ACOT experience but after talking to some friends yesterday they too have serious issues getting images to show up in the gallery. I am so tired of seeing red X's usually the second or third time I try and upload an image it goes well I just had to try about twenty times to get an image to upload. What gives, why can't that be fixed?

I see a red x on the page when I'm filling everything out. But - if I refresh it a few times, the photo shows up. Even if the red x is there, the layout shows up when you press enter, right?

There is usually a big lag in the gallery during crops because of everyone trying to submit at once. If your layout comes up as an x, wait 15 minutes or so and see if it has gone through and is showing. You shouldn't have to keep submitting, unless it doesn't go through and come up with the gallery page after you submit. Even if the image is an x, it will eventually show, I think.

But for the fastscraps for example we don't always have that long to wait? So should we just wait and hope for the best?

I'm sure the CT's who have the fast scraps will take into account that the gallery lags. There is always a time stamp when you uploaded, so they can see who made it on time, even if the layout isn't showing.
