Challenge #14: Music Refresher
Use Julie Mead's "A Spa Refresher" freebie and at least two lines of lyrics from the song "Say Hey (I Love You)" by Michael Franti & Spearhead.

Must be a new paper or digi layout. You have until 11:59pm EST Monday night to complete your layout and get it uploaded to the Challenge #14 gallery for a chance to win. This digi kit is FREE AND perfect for printing out to use in a hybrid project. Don't want to leave out the paper gals so I want to make sure you know you can either print these out and use them OR if you have patterned paper with the same (or very similar) colors use those for this challenge. HAVE FUN!!

Fun challenge! Love your LO! I am running low on ink---my printouts for the other kit didn't turn out that great--so I am going to look for similar papers!

I already had this wonderful free kit and was excited to use it with the awesome lyrics! The song is one my new favorites!! I chose the 2 lines of:

"It Seems Like Everywhere I Go
The More I See The Less I Know"

The first thing I thought of was going around the world.. Walt Disney World that is! So I dug through old photos of things that were just Random things that happened while at each of the parks.. to go with the "More I see the less I know".. b/c I can go to the parks a million time and see something different each time!! So I learn something even more fun about my family each time!!!

I made the background paper with the 01 Blue Paper and the 02 Orange Paper on Overlay to give it that really rich textured look. I then scanned in the Disney logos from maps and stuff I've had and put all of them on Soft Light to blend into the corners of the page. So they aren't the focal point, but yet show the 'world' we are visiting. The Globe I found online and blended into the paper and put all of our photos around it. Then I blended 2 mickey ears into the globe!!
