For this fast scrap you need to make a border you can use later on a layout. Not any old border though, it needs to match the theme of the crop - Girl Power!! Your border can be low key or it can include your favorite comic strip hero - be creative.

You have until 5:15 EST to complete the fast scrap. Please be sure to place it in the right category, "Fast Scrap #4", in the gallery.
