I am going to be showing you how to create fringe flowers and then grouping them together in a vase for a fun little flower arrangement!
Of course, you could also use these flowers as embellishments on your layouts or cards!

You will also need:
a vase of some sort (I used one of the old Prima milk bottles )
a circle cutter ( I used Coluzzle)
24 gauge craft wire (I used white)
double sided foam tape
adhesive that you can sue to adhere the paper to the vase (I used Yes! paste)
If you don't have large bling you could also use buttons (these are going to be the center of the flowers)
