WINNER - Fast Scrap #2

WINNER: davsar - CONGRATULATIONS ($5.00 ACOT gift certificate coming your way)
Fast Scrap #2- You have 1 hour to complete this fast scrap & upload it into the "Fast Scrap #2" Gallery
For this fast scrap I want you to think of five phone numbers to post on your fridge. I chose to use five of our favorite take-out restaurants, but you can use anything really. For example, what are five important numbers that a babysitter would need? What five family members do you call all the time? Five numbers for your doctors, dentists, etc?
Rules - The only rules are that you use 5 phone numbers and 3 embellishments.
You can cover the actual numbers with cardstock or black them out when you post your fast scrap...I realize most people wouldn't be comfortable posting actual phone numbers, but thought this would be a useful fast scrap! I've actually used the numbers off mine twice already (created last week). Woo Hoo - saves time versus lugging out the takeout menus/phone book! Plus, what a cute item for my fridge...
