 Whew, this was tougher than I thought it would be!   I had blue, white, orange, silver = cardstock, 2 photos, chipboard, lace.   The letters and buttons are chipboard, lace is on the tag diecut and around one photo, everything else is cardstock.

 What if it is decorative edged---printed on CS--like the new Bella Vita collection by Little Yellow Bicycle? Technically it is called CS--but can I use it? Or does it have to be solid cs?

White - Chipboard - K & C Chipboard letters
Black - Inking/Chalking - Colorbox fluid Chalk
Magenta - ribbon - Misc.

 This is not my favorite layout, but it's ok.  I enjoyed the challenge.  I had to use: Blue= cardstock, violet= 3 photos, brown= stickers, magenta=ribbon

That's was a tough one, but good... It made me think. I chose Red (PP), Green (1 Photo), Black (Ink/Chalk), Magenta (Ribbon), Turquoise (Flowers)...
