Hello all.  I'm Sandy. I played here one NSD many years ago but didn't post much then. I took a break from scrapping (I think I burnt myself out by being on design teams and being required to do certain things and started to not like scrapping anymore) and focused on mainly making cards to sell. Now, I am itching to scrap again.  I miss it so badly and hope to have time to play. For those here that I don't know, I am a stay at home mom/wife. My husband teaches welding at the local community college. We have three children (who aren't all quite "children" anymore). Zach is 21 and a junior in college, Becca is 19 and a Freshman in college and our "baby" is Blake. He is 15 and a Sophomore in High school. As for me, I make wooden signs, cards and a few other things using my vinyl to help bring in extra money. I have had to take a small break the past couple of weeks while we moved rooms around and I now have my craft room all moved and mostly set up ready to work again. But first I thought I would take the weekend to find a new scrappy place to hang out and hopefully get inspired to scrap again. I look forward to getting to know you all better.

My kids are the same ages as your older kids.  They're still my "babies".  Derek is a senior in college and Micki is a freshman.  They go to the same university.

Hi Sandy - so glad to see you here! I've been hanging out at ACOT for a few years now and love it.  The atmosphere is laid back and there is no pressure - just lots of fun and inspiration.  There is no DT and the members are the ones to post challenges if they want.  I hope you check them out and participate.  It would be great to see your lovely creations again!Hi
