ACOT Message Board

Hi all!
Great to be here! I keep working with forums to keep my scrapbook work more motivated! In CNY here, lots of snow keeping me inside at my desk. I have a long list of scrapbooking topics to work on, and trying to make a few last minute gifts for the holidays too! I'm a student (Master's program) who also plays Roller Derby (flat track) and I find myself more of a non-traditional scrapper (well, let's just say I felt kind of out of place at my first crop, but since then I feel right at home with everyone - they rock!) I love the scrapbooking community - so many varied interests and so much to learn from everyone! I look forward to learning from different layouts and finally posting a layout....not sure when that will actually happen - soon I hope! Hope everyone has a great holiday! I'm off to sit at my scrap desk for a while and work on some things! Jenn, wonderalice23, or Spooky.....

I am busily trying to create 7 mni albums for my great nieces and nephew and gd for family party Sunday--have been working NON-STop! I miss my Cherry friends so much--feel so out of touch. I got photos from FB (their parents) and my own, saved, printed, cut, sorted--then looked for more...crazy me! Enjoy your time inside and at your scrap desk. Welcome.....let me tell you that these ladies are wonderful, talanted and VERY supportive. I too have just joined recently and they welcomed me with open arms. I can't wait to see your work. Oh BTW....we are going to go see a Roller Derby on January 29. I have seen them on TV, but never in person. I am so excited to go.
