hello everyone..I recently joined a cherry on top and i love it so far, but can someone tell me why when i try to upload to the gallery my account states INACTIVE....i was able to upload about 6 things for a period of time, but now it states INACTIVE and although i can go through the motions of uploading a project, nothing shows in the gallery...thanks

But I did notice when I upload certain images...I don't see them, Until I reclick gallery and my submissions.

thanks for answering my post...yes i tried that, but still no picture...i think it is because it states INACTIVE...so how do i get in touch with brandon? thanks

Sorry you are having trouble! I see this when I try to submit to the gallery:

[table][tr][td]Status[/td][td] [/td][td]Inactive:

• Submission has no title.
  
• Submission has no image(s).
  
• Submission has no Type. Please choose a submission type.

[/td][/tr][/table]

Are any of those parts missing from your submissions?

I am having problems uploaded too...I got mine to stop saying inactive...but I can't still see anything.

yes i do see those STATUS words, but even after i fill in everything, still no project in the gallery....errrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I have been finding that after I choose the file from my computer and then click "add image" that it doesn't show up the first time. I then just click "add image" again and it will show up, and if it doesn't then I click "add image" again. When I finally see my image then I click submit. I think it always says "inactive" at the top until you actually submit. HTH.

On occasion I see it then I double check everything and re-click or just re-click again!

Website Problems This is the link for Brandon. He's our website guru and should be able to help. By the way are you scrolling down to the very bottom of the page and clicking on "submit". That could be the problem. Mine doesn't show anything until I do the submit thing after I do add image. It's at the very bottom of the page.

hi BARB....yes yes yes, that was the problem, i was scrolling down and hitting submit first..when i should have done it after uploading the pictures...
