Hi! Welcome to ACOT!
Digital Scrapbooking is creating layouts completely on your computer using programs like Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, GIMP, Print Shop Pro and others.
All the papers and embellishments are downloaded to your computer as jpg or png files and you can use them over and over to create your pages.
To upload your layouts here, you will need to scan or take a picture of your layout (unless it's digital then you just use the jpg file for your layout). Then go to the
Gallery and click
Submit to Gallery. This will take you to a page where you will pick what type of project you're uploading (Crafts, LO, Card, Photograph, Digital LO), the size, etc. Around the middle is where you do the actual selecting of the file with your layout and upload it to our website. There is a box for a description where you can say what products you used or anything else you want to describe, and if you're submitting for one of our challenges, there are check boxes for you to select. When you're done, at the bottom, click submit and you're all set!
In the
Cherry Blossoms forum right at the top, is information for you on the Message Board like how to add an avatar or signature and how to post pictures into threads.
Feel free to ask any questions, our members are really friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand.

Welcome to ACOT-
If you cannot give up paper completely you can go hybrid. You do part digital, print it then finish it off with standard scrapbooking supplies.

Welcome to ACOT! Digi Scrapping is a lot of fun! I'm primarily a paper scrapper but I've done a few digi layouts and had a lot of fun doing it.
