I am new to ACOT and just won as one of the top scavenger hunters for the day a couple of days ago. I have the $5 discount in my profile and have been hunting for products today to use on an album to finally scrap my wedding day. I have not seen one stack of coins. I know that they are harder to find but as I haven't seen any ribbons either I am guessing that they don't show up for 30 days after you win a scavenger hunt. Does the same apply for the ACOT coins for the points? I assume I can keep accumulating coins even though I can't find ribbons. Does anyone know the answer to this?

I don't really know the answer to this---BUT I think they will still be there for you, even during the 30 days. Coins seem to be a lot harder to find lately--and also, if you are going back to the same places you were before, they might not be there for awhile....

They should still show up for you... they always have for me!

I think they should still show up too, but you have to lookin places you haven't been in lately.

they've always shown up for me but I feel like the further into the month it gets the harder the coins are to find so I have often wondered if once they are found they are gone for 30 days? Then on the 1st it resets?

I'm pretty sure they are there all the time. It's been about a year since I've found any coins...so I gave up! I guess I just have really bad luck or something.

They should still be there, you just can't win again even if you get the most. I was going through New products the other night and found 2 coins, I usually don't even click on cherries/ribbons but then I decided to go for it and I think I was like 8th or something but I still won! So I'm thinking w/the crop I can get to the next point level & use those as well. Nice surprise!

Yes, you can still find them and click on them. You just won't win again until a month has gone by. Some days it's easier to find both coins and ribbons (or cherries when October is over), some days it's easier. Sometimes if I'm not eligible to win I only click if I find coins, other days it's fun to see where I end up even if I can't win. Totally depends on my mood. But like someone mentioned, you won't find ribbons nor coins in areas you've recently visited....you have to keep checking new areas of the store. And you have to look at the item's full page, they won't show on the thumbnails.

How long did it take you to find 50 sets of coins????????????? I have spent hours and hours at a time and never found one on that attempt. What is your secret?

For some reason, I usually can find coins on Sunday.
