SCRAPBOOK LAYOUTS:
DYNAMIC DUO
This layout by SandyK1967 caught my eye because of the simple design that is enhanced by basically two colors (white and yellow) but accented by many pops of black. A great combo in my mind! Love the two patterned papers both accented by the thin black borders, the big black and white title letters, the sweet sentiment strips, and those layered filmstrips. The vellum floral spray adds to the softness of this page. Gorgeous, well-cropped photo, too!

Deanna's layouts are often bold and she has an eye for use of vibrant patterned papers. This one, using the half sheet of stripes, balanced by the die cuts and ephemera on the right, make for a fun, vibrant page. Cute famiy photo,Stacy Land love the colorful title on the tag!

SENDING WARM HUGS
I loved this bold card by Vicki R this week. The coral base under the white striped cover plate, and her excellent inking of the beautiful floral spray to complement to coral base, really captured my eye. The added soft pink sequins and the stamped sentiment tied it all together.

HEY THERE
Such a cute card by Stacy Lee! Love the woodgrain embossed base, the pink scalloped rectangle, and those bright diecuts, especially the sweet dog peeking out of the basket to say 'HEY THERE". Whoever gets this card in their happy mail will wear a smile for sure!

I really liked this premade journal page that traveler (Louise) added touches of ephemera: the leaves, the title, the word strips. She kept the page simple so that the focus is on that sweet travel photo memory!
