Join me for a fun filled class while I use the Smarty Pants Special Delivery kit to make a handsome school layout. We will add simple techniques to the background, layer like no one's business and then finish it off with bits and baubles from the kit. And I have to say-there is still a ton of the kit leftover for many more projects too! Wow!
