one pillow or two?

Two...one standard pillow and one little one...that is completely falling apart and needs replacing.  It has words on one side that I don't sleep on, but the tears have completely exposed the stuffing (as in across the entire pillow in several spots...I could easily take all the stuffing out with very little effort) that I have to sleep on the words.  I need a new one...I've had that one for longer than I've been with hubby (over a decade).
